Patheon, a global provider of drug development and delivery services to the pharma and biopharma industries, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an API manufacturing facility in Florence, SC, from Roche Holdings, Inc., for an undisclosed sum, plus the cost of associated inventory and spare parts.
